🧠 What I’m Learning:
The type of FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) I experience is the fear that a hidden piece of information holds the key to my success, buried within a book I haven't read or a podcast I haven't listened to.
However, the truth is that I am already aware of most of the problems I am currently facing. Therefore, it is better to address these problems now while they are still relevant. If I need additional information to aid in my execution, I will seek it. But I should read, listen, and learn only when it is necessary, rather than potentially needed in the future.
The idea was triggered by listening to this discussion between Dr. Andrew Huberman and Tim Ferriss.
You can find the podcast episode that sparked this idea for me below ⬇️
